Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Estimator/Service Writer to join our team at Moody's Co-Worker Owned, Inc.

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of autonomy and independence, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality of repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and efficient damage reports using our computerized estimating system and management systems.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Support and empower technicians in the repair process to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
  • Review completed vehicles with customers to verify quality and thoroughness of repair.
  • Prepare and submit final bills and supplemental billings in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain a work environment that promotes partnerships, development, and innovation.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with our safety policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in collision estimating.
  • Ability to relocate to Portland, ME 04103 before starting work.
