Collision Estimator Job Description

Classic Collision is seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team. As a Collision Estimator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive accurate and timely estimates for their vehicle repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
  • Partner with insurance companies to manage customer claims and ensure the best possible customer experience.
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates on the status of their vehicle.
  • Coordinate with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damage are identified and repaired.
  • Perform quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery to ensure that repairs meet our high standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone, and in-person.
  • Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with estimating systems, such as CCC1, preferred.
  • I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
