About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medication Care Manager to join our community at Sunrise on Providence. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
  • Document medication administration and resident interactions in our electronic medical records system.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Care Director (RCD) and Wellness Nurse to ensure accurate and timely medication management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Participate in training and education programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in geriatric care and medication management.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and service to our residents. We require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
