Guest Services Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional assistance to guests in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner at all times.
  • Uphold a superior standard of service and hospitality.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries or issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction in a timely fashion.
  • Process guest charges, manage payments, and adhere to all cash handling protocols as mandated by Concord Hospitality.
  • Handle guest correspondence and messages with utmost respect for privacy and professionalism.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the hotel brand and its various offerings (travel programs, special promotions).
  • Communicate effectively with different departments and management regarding guest feedback and concerns.
  • Respond swiftly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members requiring front desk support.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel safety and emergency protocols.
  • Capable of pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 10 lbs.
Compensation: $16/hr
