Required Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Exhibit support for the educational institution's vision, goals, and objectives.
  2. Deliver lessons or segments of lessons to individuals or groups, ensuring accuracy and providing additional assignments as directed.
  3. Assist students in utilizing educational materials, technology, and classroom resources.
  4. Support certified educators in maintaining accurate records related to attendance, academic performance, and behavior.
  5. Help maintain discipline and promote positive student behavior.
  6. Engage in behavior management strategies, including crisis intervention when necessary.
  7. Accompany teachers on field trips, providing assistance to students and reinforcing learning opportunities.
  8. Support bus drivers in maintaining order and addressing students' physical needs.
  9. Supervise students in the absence of the certified educator.
  10. Implement behavior management plans as instructed by certified educators.
  11. Adapt instructional materials and methods as needed.
  12. Maintain confidentiality regarding school-related matters.
  13. Perform duties with professionalism and courtesy.
  14. Proactively identify potential challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  15. Collaborate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to achieve the institution's objectives.

Employment Terms: This is a nine-month position in accordance with the established salary schedule.
