Associate Customer Success Manager

Samsung Ads, a division of Samsung Electronics, utilizes proprietary insights from real-time TV viewing behaviors to connect brands with consumers through targeted advertising. We collaborate with brands, agencies, and content creators to offer distinctive advertising solutions on our Smart TV platform and through cross-device programmatic offerings.

Our unique first-party data enables brands to engage with their audiences as they navigate content across various devices, including desktops, mobiles, tablets, and Smart TVs. The Samsung Ad platform provides exceptional audience targeting, driven by three essential elements: extensive first-party audience data, advanced data science capabilities, and secure cross-device ad inventory.

Position Opportunity

Samsung Ads is seeking dynamic individuals to support our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with strong multitasking abilities. If you are detail-oriented and excel in a performance-driven sales environment, this role may be a great fit for you.

The Associate Customer Success Manager will be tasked with creating support materials for advertisers and overseeing the internal processes throughout the campaign lifecycle. Familiarity with digital advertising and its integration with traditional advertising is essential. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.

This position will align closely with our sales strategy and is a contracted role with potential for extension.

3-4 years of experience is preferred; experience in media planning or buying is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Client Solutions Management team in achieving advertisers' campaign objectives (both pre and post-sales).
  • Oversee the internal RFP process, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met.
  • Collaborate across various departments (Ad Operations, Inventory, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Samsung Ads products and sales offerings.
  • Work alongside the dedicated Client Solutions Manager to monitor proposals, assess post-campaign performance, and manage billing.
  • Establish processes to enhance efficiency while collaborating with the CSM leadership team.

Qualifications

The expected salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $95,000, determined by relevant skills, experience, and comparisons with other employees in similar roles.
