The Opportunity

Join our Inside Sales team as a Broker Customer Success Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely and support customers in the Great Lakes Region. Candidates from various states are welcome to apply. As a Broker Customer Success Manager, you will engage with new customers, drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships within your territory. This is a chance to contribute significantly to customer success and retention with a company that has been a pioneer in freight analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with new customers to ensure long-term relationships
  • Become a trusted partner in customer success
  • Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions
  • Present additional products to enhance customer success
  • Manage sales funnel and chats
  • Meet and exceed revenue quotas

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in SalesForce or similar CRM
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products
