Role Overview:

The Vice President of Store Launch Operations is instrumental in managing the comprehensive process of establishing and inaugurating new facilities. This executive role demands strategic foresight, adept team leadership, and collaborative efforts across various functions to guarantee that new locations are launched successfully, adhering to budgetary constraints and timelines.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Program Oversight: Direct all initiatives related to the establishment and launch of new property locations.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure that all activities are in sync with the organization's growth strategies and objectives.
  • Cross-Departmental Leadership: Work alongside diverse teams to facilitate seamless property launches.
  • Vendor Coordination: Identify and oversee external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine and enhance the processes involved in property launches for greater efficiency.
  • Project Development and Implementation: Create comprehensive plans and adhere to all timelines.
  • Risk Assessment: Recognize and address potential risks to ensure successful property launches.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage financial resources allocated for property launches, ensuring adherence to budgetary limits.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders throughout the launch process.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all new openings meet company standards and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in project management or retail operations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.

Compensation:

Base Salary Range: $180,000

Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience. Additional bonuses or incentives may be applicable.

Public Storage values teamwork and offers flexibility with remote work options. Team members are expected to work in the office five days a week with the possibility of remote days.
