We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our warehouse team as a Lead Shipping Coordinator to ensure the quality and timely delivery of our products and services.

Job Summary

The Lead Shipping Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the physical movement of products, conducting quality checks, maintaining inventory, and completing all necessary documentation.

General Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage daily shipping operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Communicate any discrepancies in products or orders to the Supervisor and work collaboratively to resolve issues.
  • Interpret and apply company policies and procedures while guiding teams in proper shipping methods.
  • Assist in prioritizing tasks for the shipping and production teams, monitoring project completion and quality.
  • Provide general warehouse support and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma.
  • Experience in a warehouse or production setting is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Competence with computer systems.
  • Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment.
