Position Overview:
As an Administrative Clerk II, you will play a vital role in supporting the operational functions of our office. This position requires adherence to specific Skills Measurement criteria, and candidates may be subject to job-related assessments as determined by the respective Schools or Departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the maintenance and updates of the Computer Database.
  • Distribute reports, correspondence, and various documents.
  • Manage internal and external communications by receiving and relaying calls, as well as addressing routine inquiries.
  • Maintain and update files, records, cumulative records, and student attendance logs.
  • Tabulate and post data accurately.
  • Support other office personnel as needed.
  • Receive and direct visitors to the appropriate office personnel.
  • Handle routine paperwork, including sorting, routing, and gathering signatures.
  • Maintain office supplies and materials, including receiving deliveries.
  • Assist in the upkeep of the annual equipment inventory.

Preferred Qualifications:
We seek candidates with:
  • Two to three years of clerical experience.
  • Proficiency in word processing and familiarity with Student Information Systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse population.
  • Basic computer skills, business English, and mathematics.
  • Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Typing proficiency of at least 35 words per minute.

Minimum Requirements:
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position.
