Job Overview

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled UiPath Lead Developer to join our team. As a key member of our automation team, you will be responsible for implementing build, test, and deploy Automation Software solutions using the UiPath platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop automation solutions using UiPath
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and communicate technical implementation requirements
  • Ensure development of automation solutions follows IA coding standards and frameworks
  • Apply SCRUM framework and Agile methodology in automation project delivery
  • Develop and maintain documentation for automation solutions
  • Identify and communicate project risks and issues to Project Manager and Clients
  • Mentor junior developers and create training programs
  • Document and maintain best practices and development techniques
  • Participate in client meetings and recruitment activities

Requirements

  • Higher education in IT or technical field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 years of development experience with UiPath platform
  • Strong understanding of business processes and technical knowledge of design patterns
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical details to non-technical audience
  • Knowledge of network communication standards, relational databases, and software development experience in object-oriented programming language
  • Strong automation background and proven experience in project delivery
