Job Title: UiPath Lead Developer

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled UiPath Lead Developer to join our team. As a UiPath Lead Developer, you will be responsible for implementing build, test, and deploy Automation Software solutions, identifying and communicating technical implementation requirements, and ensuring the development of automation solutions follows IA coding standards and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automation Solution Development: Implement build, test, and deploy Automation Software solutions using UiPath platform.
  • Technical Leadership: Identify and communicate technical implementation requirements, ensure development of automation solutions follows IA coding standards and frameworks.
  • Agile Methodology: Apply SCRUM framework and Agile methodology in automation project delivery.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Ensure documentation is created and maintained by the development team, participate in knowledge-sharing meetings/initiatives, and mentor junior developers.
  • Client Management: Drive client meetings during the project, participate in recruitment activities, and perform team management responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Higher education in IT or technical related, management or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Min. 4 years of development experience with the UiPath platform, at least a mid-level understanding of business processes, and 1-3 years of software development experience in an object-oriented programming language.
  • Skills: Technical knowledge and knowledge of design patterns in the Enterprise Application/Information Integration area, knowledge of network communication standards (e.g. JMS, HTTP, SOAP, XML, XSD), knowledge of relational databases, and good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
