Your Role and Impact

As a vital member of the Commercial Excellence Team, you will facilitate process enhancements aimed at transforming our sales and commercial operations into a premier commercial entity.

Your expertise in process improvement, lean methodologies, and data analytics will be crucial in the evolution of the business's front-end operations. This dynamic, global position will engage with all organizational functions (engineering, sourcing, projects, sales, finance, etc.) to optimize our sales and commercial workflows.

Key Responsibilities

In the capacity of Commercial Lean Leader and Global Process Owner, you will:

- Serve as the LEAN Leader for all commercial and sales initiatives, orchestrating Kaizen events, workshops, and driving continuous improvement activities.
- Assume ownership of all Sales and Commercial Processes within the CSS organization.
- Ensure front-end efficiency, providing analytical support for capability-building metrics.
- Collaborate with Commercial Sales and Excellence team members to implement strategic projects endorsed by the Sales & Commerce team.
- Execute complex, cross-functional improvement initiatives that engage personnel, processes, systems, and tools to significantly transform the business landscape.
- Act as the primary contact for all process documentation within our Quality Management System (QMS), participating in QMS reviews and managing Commercial/ITO QMS auditing requirements as necessary.
- Collaborate with the development team during beta and user testing phases to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
- Monitor project milestones and relay status updates to internal teams during weekly meetings, generating monthly reports.
- Document and define processes to illustrate the alignment of business and system operations. Work closely with the Commercial Systems and Tools Leader to ensure that processes and systems/tools align with improvement initiatives.
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of the Controls Commercial process documentation within our organization.
- Actively contribute to the creation of the Hoshin plan for the Sales and Commercial Operations organization, driving KPIs and metrics to support that plan.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in LEAN, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or Process Management.

Preferred Qualifications

- LEAN Certification.
- Strong business insight with at least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial operations, project management, governance, and process enhancement.
- Familiarity with Commercial IT Systems/Data Governance audits.
- Exceptional project management and analytical skills.
- Strong communication abilities, capable of effectively engaging with Senior Management and software developers alike.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated coordination and influencing capabilities in a global context.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results to leadership.
- Proficient in Data Analytics tools, including Microsoft Excel.
- Extensive experience in facilitating improvement initiatives.
- Experience working within cross-functional or matrix teams.
- Proven ability to translate business vision into actionable execution and achieve results.
- Proficient in PC applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
