Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team at ABC Technologies. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including attendance, performance management, and employee data.
  • Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, preparing candidate materials, and tracking candidate status.
  • Correspondence: Prepare and distribute correspondence, including letters, emails, and other documents, as required.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects, such as employee appreciation events and exit interviews, as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Team Player: Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
