They provide direct patient care within the scope of practice, ensuring a safe environment for patients and visitors.

The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the postpartum setting.

They are able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice
  • Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel
  • Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment
  • Maintain a safe environment for patients and visitors

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of California
  • Experience in postpartum nursing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
