Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at St. Francis Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing and implementing education plans, and promoting evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to nursing staff in the pediatric unit
  • Develop and implement education plans to promote evidence-based practice and improve patient outcomes
  • Collect, submit, evaluate, and disseminate required data to inform nursing practice and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with nursing and medical directors to develop and implement policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State
  • Current certification by the State Board of Nursing as a Clinical Nurse Specialist
  • Current BLS and PALS certificate upon hire and maintain current

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $77,584.00 to $123,510.40 on an annualized basis.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
