Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in business strategy, data analysis, and process improvement.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and recommendations to stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce is required.
Work Environment

This role is based at our Moonracer Estate in Stags Leap District, Napa, CA. You will work in a professional office environment with occasional visits to our production facility. You must be able to work in a variety of temperature and humidity levels, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs and carry up to 35 lbs.
