About the Role

TWE Global seeks an experienced Senior Director of Procurement to lead our Treasury Americas (TAM) Procurement function. Reporting to the Vice President of Supply Chain Services, this role will oversee a team of 3 direct reports and be responsible for leading and optimizing the TAM procurement function while partnering and coordinating with the Global Strategic Sourcing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Procurement Planning: Develop and execute procurement strategies for locally procured categories ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Supplier Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key suppliers via Supplier Relationship Management (SRM). This will include two-way feedback surveys with subjective and objective performance data.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to understand and align procurement needs with business objectives.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the procurement process via proactive price and supply risk management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead regional procurement initiatives for process improvement, incorporating technology solutions.
About You
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a similar field, or equivalent work experience.
  • You have a minimum of 10 years of experience within procurement / supply chain of large FMCG organizations.
  • You have applied Lean/Six Sigma expertise: black belt preferred.
  • You have deep Supply Chain expertise including global best practice in Strategic Sourcing.
