Position Overview:
As a vital contact for incoming patients and visitors, you will manage all incoming communications and accurately register patient information into our EPIC system. You will also oversee emergency calls to ensure timely responses.

Qualifications:
Education:
High School diploma or GED required; Business College education is preferred.

Training and Experience:
Previous hospital experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates should provide references that demonstrate strong attendance, performance, and reliability. Proficiency in operating a PBX, typewriter, and adding machine is expected. Computer skills are essential.

Compensation:
The hourly wage ranges from $18.58 to $29.69, depending on experience.

Work Schedule:
This position requires availability from Sunday to Saturday, with variable shifts, totaling 1.0 FTE.
