Job Title: Program Director

Healogics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our Wound Care Program in [location]. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the strategic growth and management of our Wound Care Program, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Wound Care Center, including staff management, financial management, quality/performance improvement, and community education.
  • Develop and implement best practices to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with hospital and company personnel to ensure availability of adequate resources, supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Facilitate effective communication throughout the program and prioritize responsibilities to direct the work of clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Monitor patient, referring physician, and customer satisfaction, ensuring that Patient Safety Guidelines are followed and Healogics employees complete annual compliance requirements.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with hospital clients, identifying their strategic goals and objectives and managing the program to achieve those goals while remaining compliant with all Healogics operations standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
  • 1 year of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including group presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with Healogics and hospital management.
  • Ability to travel overnight.
What We Offer:

Healogics offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $115,000 per year, based on education, experience, geography, and operational needs. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
