Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at All Roads Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, using our dealership-approved greetings.

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system.

  • Assist customers with their purchases, answering questions and providing product information as needed.

  • Operate cash registers, scanners, and credit card/debit card terminals with accuracy and speed.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our company's standards for customer service and sales.

  • Assist in warranty maintenance and other administrative tasks as needed.

  • Exercise an appropriate level of courtesy, tact, and professional communication in dealing with customers and team members.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
