Position Summary:

We are in search of a proactive Senior Project Manager to join our Project Advisory division. This role entails the oversight of project planning, execution, and delivery, while offering expert insights to guarantee successful project results and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership capabilities, familiarity with project management methodologies, and a proven history of managing a variety of projects within defined scope, timelines, and budgetary limits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and manage intricate information for precision and risk on numerous high-stakes projects to ensure the highest quality and timely delivery of a broad range of contracted services.
  • Conduct comprehensive plan and cost assessments, site evaluations, property condition reports, and internal quality assurance reviews.
  • Execute due diligence for proposed developments.
  • Lead construction project management efforts, facilitating project meetings.
  • Assist in various aspects of business development.
  • Prepare presentations and perform research as needed.
  • Guide and mentor team members through group or individual training sessions.
  • Support senior team members in both fieldwork and office tasks on more complex or specialized projects.
  • Assist senior leadership with various projects, company initiatives, and administrative tasks.
  • Travel is an essential component of this role, requiring both local and national trips, including overnight stays.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field from an accredited institution, along with five years of relevant experience. Ten years of equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of this requirement.
  • Extensive experience in Construction Project Management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and administration.
  • Familiarity with residential, retail, and commercial design or construction.
  • Preferred construction-related professional certifications such as AC, CPC, LEED AP, PE, PMP, RA, RICS, etc.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels, including with lenders, investors, developers, and contractors.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, prioritization, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness in managing diverse tasks with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Proven ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team to achieve the highest quality outcomes.
  • Excellent written, mathematical, and grammatical skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.); Bluebeam proficiency is preferred.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
