Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Midlothian, VA. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing supervision, direct services, and consultation to support a positive work culture and trauma-informed treatment environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning and develop individualized behavior plans.
  • Oversee treatment planning and implementation, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Mentor and support Behavior Specialist staff in the development of positive behavior support strategies and data collection techniques.
  • Participate in professional development and attend required meetings to stay current on best practices in the field.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a human services field.
  • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Valid driver's license and licensure by the Board of Medicine in Virginia.
