Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behavior Therapist to join our team at Family Insight, P.C. as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 therapy in our outpatient clinic and/or in an approved community setting under the supervision and guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/Assistant Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA).
  • Follow client-specific programs, behavior plans, and other activities or procedures as outlined for each client.
  • Complete all required clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain client privacy in accordance with all HIPAA regulations and Family Insight Policies.
  • Communicate effectively with all members of the clients' treatment team.
  • Must be able to complete onboarding training and upload required documentation within the established time frame at hire.
  • Attend scheduled staff meetings and supervision meetings.
Requirements
  • Participate in remote interview process.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and move swiftly with clients to ensure their safety between sitting and standing positions.
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test.
  • Preference will be given to applicants who are a RBT, have ABA experience, or enrolled in BCBA/BCaBA coursework.
