As a key member of our treatment team, you will provide direct patient care and supervision to behavioral health staff, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and supervision to behavioral health staff
  • Offer expertise on best practices and guidelines for addiction therapy
  • Evaluate treatment plans, documentation, and services to ensure compliance and quality
  • Ensure teams meet performance measures in compliance and prioritize the patient experience
  • Oversee onboarding and training for new hires, implementing policies, workflows, and trainings
  • Participate in and occasionally lead meetings and in-services, partnering with the Operations Director for proper care
  • Provide updates on recruitment progress and market insights
  • Adhere to and manage compliance for supervision activities, embracing and promoting a culture of compliance
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in a related field
  • Active licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements, at minimum independently licensed with supervision designation
  • Master's Degree consistent with state-level regulation and requirements
