About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Lennar Homes. As a key member of our land development team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of one or more community-specific land development programs from planning through construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform management control functions, including cost/budget controls, cash flow projections, and activity/program scheduling.
  • Administer multi-disciplinary consulting teams in preparation and processing of land use documents and related infrastructure design/improvement plans.
  • Assist in jurisdictional agency and other public liaison/processing for required entitlements-to-use, CEQA requirements, site development plans/documents, and related merchant builder approvals.
  • Assist in land acquisition and sale coordination of due diligence documentation and participate in builder/user administration, coordination, and design review functions to ensure continuity from planning through completion.
  • Manage one or more associates in the department, as required.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of full-time work experience in project planning, design, and/or processing with a public agency, consulting engineering, planning, or architecture firm, building or construction contracting firm, or land development firm.
  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to define needs, communicate objectives, negotiate commitments, and influence the cooperative efforts of others.
  • Initiative and ability to achieve objectives with minimum supervision.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
What We Offer
  • Competitive annual salary range of $99,000 to $190,494, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors.
