Key Responsibilities
  • Protect Finance data, systems, and protocols by articulating clear Finance requirements to project teams involved in deploying new systems for the Finance department.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project-related activities to ensure that Finance objectives are met.
  • Establish, monitor, and communicate integration progress to key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Document departmental workflows and procedures.
  • Support internal stakeholders in achieving both long-term and short-term performance objectives.
Role Outlook

This role encompasses both internal and external perspectives. Internally, it requires collaboration with Finance Data and Systems leadership, the Finance & Accounting team, Corporate Finance, and local teams, focusing on optimizing business performance through effective partnerships with internal clients.

What You Will Do
  • Lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement within the Finance domain.
  • Oversee and manage programs and projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Define, monitor, and relay integration progress to key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Facilitate and support project-related activities to ensure Finance objectives are achieved.
  • Develop, track, and report on budgets for programs and projects, forecasting future financial requirements and resource allocations.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and escalate issues to senior management regarding significant process gaps and proposed solutions.
  • Identify potential risks and formulate strategies to mitigate them, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Assist leadership in identifying actionable financial and operational strategies to address process inefficiencies.
  • Ensure that financial operational activities are executed in alignment with the company's established goals.
  • Manage projects and drive initiatives across multiple teams, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders, executives, and external partners to provide updates, gather requirements, and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with operational support teams to train employees in meeting client demands.
  • Recommend, develop, and implement processes and tools to enhance efficiency within the department and for stakeholders.
  • Continuously assess and enhance financial processes, systems, and controls to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Support business leaders in decision-making and effectively communicate analysis results to non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with resources to develop and maintain the Finance process documentation repository.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management, emphasizing key insights, performance metrics, and recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data analytics, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management or related fields.
  • Experience in Portfolio and Program Management of Process and IT-related initiatives.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in gathering business requirements and process mapping.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in diverse finance roles, encompassing both financial and management accounting.
  • Interest or experience in gaming and operational management.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and a focus on delivery.
  • Effective communication and writing skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage with business operations.
  • Capability to build, maintain, and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Technical knowledge and the ability to discuss technical integration topics.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactive in seizing opportunities.

Compensation

Salary range: $107,431 - $199,516. Our aim is to offer a competitive salary that aligns with market standards, with final offers determined by factors such as experience, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
