We are seeking an experienced Doula Services Manager to join our team at BROOKLYN PERINATAL NETWORK INC. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and facilitating procedures, leading team meetings, and establishing partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop/facilitate procedures/processes of the program.
- Lead team meetings with Senior and Junior Mentors.
- Establish partner relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in public health, social work, or related field.
- Five years of experience in doula services management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 per annum.
