Job Title: Maternal Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Maternal Health Specialist to join our team at SCO Family of Services. As a Maternal Health Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering culturally sensitive services to diverse populations within your home community.

Job Description:
Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and maintain a full caseload of families per Nurse Family Partnership guidelines.
  • Maintain fidelity to the Nurse Family Partnership model regarding frequency, content, and documentation of services.
  • Ensure adherence to program and agency policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
BS in Nursing required.
Current RN license (in good standing) required.
Minimum of two years recent experience in maternal/child health, pediatrics, and/or community health required.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
