Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will work directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support and assistance with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Encourage participation in community activities and social events
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized support plans
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, compassion, and reliability
