  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide education and training to parents and caregivers on how to support their child's development.
  • Participate in staff meetings, in-service training, and continuing education courses to stay up-to-date on best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current registration and licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities preferred.
  • Neuro Developmental Treatment (NDT) certification preferred but not required.
  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.
  • Physical ability to lift and transfer children (minimum of 25 lbs.).
