About the Role

Nwestco, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team in Spokane, WA. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with site preparation, including setting up and removing temporary structures and tools.
  • Operate a variety of hand tools and construction equipment.
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
  • Respond to spills and work in environments that may contain dust, fumes, wet/dry chemicals, confined space, or uncontrolled sites.
  • Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report any unsafe practices or conditions to the site supervisor.
  • Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed.
  • Perform daily site clean-up to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous construction or labor experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate construction tools and machinery.
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Knowledge of construction safety procedures and best practices.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.
