About the Role

Bratcher Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a part-time In-Store Lead Generator to enhance our HVAC team's customer engagement efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will actively interact with customers at our booth, assess their needs for home services, and highlight the benefits of our offerings to arrange in-home consultations with our Comfort Advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcome customers to our booth and engage them in discussions about our HVAC solutions
  • Detail our product features and benefits, tailoring discussions to the customers' specific needs
  • Coordinate in-home consultations with Comfort Advisors for precise service estimates
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethics in all interactions
  • Develop strong relationships with store management
