**Job Summary**
We are seeking a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform various administrative and clerical tasks.
The successful candidate will provide support to our managers, employees, and residents, assist with daily office needs, and manage general administrative activities.
This role offers a competitive compensation package, including $20.00 hourly, medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick leave, and 401K benefits.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Compose and produce business correspondence, reports, and related materials or guide the work of other staff who produce these materials.
- Edit documents produced by others; review and sign materials as authorized.
- E nsure confidentiality and control access to sensitive information, such as staff personnel files.
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information requiring knowledge of departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Serve as an internal resource to administrators or staff on departmental and company procedures.
- Research information as requested and relay official interpretations.
- Perform administrative duties associated with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Arrange with vendors for services, prepare agendas, gather and organize supporting information, and oversee production and distribution of related materials.
- Record and summarize minutes for typing and distribution.
- Research and gather data for departmental reports; conduct preliminary analysis of data.
- Recommend report content and format to display findings most effectively.
- Assist in budget preparation by gathering historical data in a limited area, such as materials and supplies or salaries.
- Track and monitor assigned budget expenditures and report on variances.
- Coordinate preparation, development, and production of major documents, such as proposals and manuscripts.
- Implement changes or enhancements to procedures to improve productivity, efficiency, and service.
- Schedule, assign, and prioritize workloads by setting appropriate deadlines.
- Monitor employee performance on a regular basis.
- Ensure timely completion of unit's work.
- Assist the manager in collection activities, including making phone calls and delivering door-to-door notices.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum Education: High School
- Minimum Experience: 1-2 Years
- Minimum Field of Expertise: Secretarial or specialized clerical, including some administrative experience.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred Experience: 3 Years
- Preferred Field of Expertise: Combined secretarial and administrative experience in a business environment
