Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Summary:

Lifeworks: Autism Services is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality treatment and intervention services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct descriptive and systemic behavior analytic assessments, including preference assessments, skills assessments, and functional behavior assessments. Develop and maintain comprehensive service plans and behavior plans based on assessment results.
  • Program Development and Implementation: Create supplemental materials needed for service implementation, including training staff on applied behavior analysis programs.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Ongoing monitoring and analysis of data, as well as timely completion of reports, progress notes, and other documentation required for services.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Provide supervision, training, and feedback to Day Program Staff in the delivery of behavior analytic interventions for skill development and behavior replacement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the Clinical Coordinator of Day Services and sister programs on shared cases, training, and system modification and improvement.
  • Client Progress Review: Prepare for and lead meetings with staff, parents, and other stakeholders to review client progress.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline.
  • Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required. Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA) required. Will consider candidates in need of supervised fieldwork experience.
  • Experience: Training and clinical experience in providing applied behavior analysis to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and their families is preferred.
