Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team at Hire Health. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about providing high-quality healthcare in a supportive and collaborative environment.

**Assistance with obtaining necessary licensure is available**

The Advanced Practice Nurse will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating care for a designated patient group. Our organization offers comprehensive training and oversight to ensure that all practitioners are equipped with the necessary tools and support to effectively address patient needs. Ideal candidates will demonstrate enthusiasm, efficiency, and the ability to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional and appropriate healthcare services to patients
  • Engage in effective communication with nursing personnel and collaborating physicians/specialists regarding patient management
  • Document daily patient interactions in an electronic health record promptly
Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, day shifts only
  • Minimal on-call responsibilities, all handled via phone
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Medical/Surgical, Intensive Care, Emergency Medicine, or Hospitalist settings preferred
  • At least one year of relevant experience is preferred
  • Current North Carolina Medical License and an unencumbered DEA License are mandatory
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and a collaborative team member
  • Positive demeanor and a strong focus on customer service
