Job Title: Veterinary Hospice Experience

At Heartstrings Pet Hospice, In-Home Euthanasia & Aftercare, we are seeking a skilled veterinarian to join our team and provide end-of-life care to pets in the comfort of their own homes.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

This position requires a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree, 1+ year(s) of experience as a practicing veterinarian, and a valid driver's license. You will be responsible for providing in-home euthanasia and hospice care for geriatric and terminally ill pets, guiding families in making end-of-life decisions for their pets, and building relationships with local veterinary clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home euthanasia and hospice care for geriatric and terminally ill pets
  • Guide families in making end-of-life decisions for their pets
  • Build relationships with local veterinary clinics, serving as an extension of their excellent care
