Job Title: VP - Global Manufacturing and Quality Leader

At SharkNinja, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled VP - Global Manufacturing and Quality Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our global manufacturing and quality functions, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and are delivered to our customers on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company's global manufacturing and quality strategy, aligning with our organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international product safety regulations, including FDA, USDA, and other relevant bodies.
  • Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing and quality-related projects, including new product introductions, process improvements, and technology upgrades.
  • Oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring that production meets company standards and customer expectations.
  • Manage quality control teams and processes to identify and address any issues in a timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality materials and services.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of executive leadership experience (VP+) in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and quality.
  • Experience with consumer products industry manufacturing and quality standards is highly preferred.
  • BS degree in Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing large budgets, including multi-million-dollar CAPEX.
  • Strategic, conceptual, and operational thinker with a strong business acumen.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills at the senior level.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence key stakeholders as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive breakthrough solutions.
  • Professional with a high level of integrity who leads by example and takes corrective action where necessary.
  • Ability to travel internationally approximately 20% - 25% of the time.
