Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President of Global Quality and Manufacturing to join our team at SharkNinja. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met across all our products and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the company's consumer product safety and quality strategy in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international product safety regulations, including FDA, USDA, and other relevant bodies.
  • Identify potential safety risks and quality issues, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Drive innovation in safety and quality and testing practices, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on safety and quality performance, including key metrics, compliance status, and improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring that production meets company standards and customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Lead capacity planning and production scheduling to meet market demand and business objectives.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of executive leadership experience (VP+) in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and quality.
  • Experience with consumer products industry manufacturing and quality standards is highly preferred.
  • BS degree in Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing large budgets, including multi-million-dollar CAPEX.
  • Strategic, conceptual, and operational thinker with a strong business acumen.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills at the senior level.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence key stakeholders as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive breakthrough solutions.
  • Professional with a high level of integrity who leads by example and takes corrective action where necessary.
  • Ability to travel internationally approximately 20% - 25% of the time.
