Key Responsibilities- Perform repairs and troubleshoot systems to ensure the smooth operation of our properties
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime
- Assist in training Groundskeepers and entry-level Maintenance Technicians
- Conduct maintenance-related inspections, including building and alarm systems inspections
- Prepare properties for inspections by regulatory agencies
- Perform administrative duties, including recording maintenance requests and responding to them
- Two (2) years of maintenance experience required or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- College degree preferred
- HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred
- Previous multifamily experience preferred
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred
