Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at PharmaForce (Ohio). As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing equipment repairs and maintenance activities to ensure our facility equipment operates within compliance of cGMPs.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform preventative maintenance and calibration tasks, following written procedures and guidelines.
- Execute repairs with guidance from more experienced personnel, responding to customer requests and alarm conditions.
- Monitor and maintain plant utilities, including steam, electric, chilled water, and compressed air systems.
- Accurately document repair activities and maintain accurate records.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; trade school or certification in a technical discipline preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing or lab environment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, electronics, and mechanical control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical control problems, and describe technical issues clearly.
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be able to work in a production environment with multiple priorities, and be comfortable working in a culture of performance that emphasizes responsiveness. The ability to work overtime as needed is also required.
