Your Role
As a Robot Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Under general supervision, you will manage palletizing robots to ensure the quality and proper stacking of finished products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Interpreting daily production schedules
  • Navigating computer interfaces to adjust robot programming and pallet configurations
  • Handling loads up to 50 lbs.
  • Identifying potential quality concerns
  • Performing light maintenance on robotic systems
  • Troubleshooting operational issues
  • Communicating production discrepancies such as shortages, overages, and damaged goods
  • Adhering to 5S practices
  • Wearing necessary personal protective equipment, including hair and beard nets, ear plugs, safety glasses, and steel-toed footwear
  • Executing additional tasks as required
