Tax Proposal Operations Associate Director

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Global Mobility Services practice within our Tax organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Go-To-Market initiatives for larger client pursuits, providing strategic guidance on service line/practice-specific resources, and engaging in strategic proposals for the service line.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with tax proposal ops team leader and respective service line/practice leadership to create/maintain/update proposal templates on a continuous basis.
• Lead Go-To-Market initiatives for larger client pursuits, providing strategic guidance on service line/practice-specific resources available for the pursuit process.
• Engage in strategic proposals for the service line, directing the execution of the pursuit process, and guiding the team through the process, managing the pursuit workplan, drafting the proposal outline, and pulling together proposal content for team's review.
• Develop initial drafts of pursuit collateral (RFP responses, proposal documents, orals collateral) and collaborate with teams to refine and tailor content.
• Engage with partners in leadership roles, line partners, and firm leadership to ensure strategic alignment and support.
Requirements:
• Minimum eight years of recent experience with proposal management, knowledge management, and/or marketing/writing/communications experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, English, journalism, or relevant field from an accredited college or university.
• Experience leading Go-To-Market initiatives working with larger sized client pursuits.
• Prior professional services experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Some travel will be involved to attend internal meetings and trainings.
