As the Senior Manager of Project Management and Process Optimization, you will oversee all facets of global program management concerning Workplace Operations enhancements to meet desired objectives.
This role encompasses project initiation, metric identification, resource allocation, timeline creation, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation strategies.
The Senior Manager of Project Management and Process Optimization will report directly to the Vice President of Operational Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish the governance framework for Workplace Operations Portfolio Management and develop a center of excellence for project intake, oversight, and execution.
- Design, implement, and manage portfolio management processes, tools, templates, policies, and performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to project policies and standards.
- Recruit and oversee project staffing aligned with project goals.
- Provide executive leadership with insights necessary to evaluate and prioritize proposals based on potential value, impact, and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with executives to outline project priorities, identify implementation opportunities, address challenges, and communicate risks and opportunities.
- Act as the global portfolio lead for targeted Workplace Operations transformations, delivering innovative capabilities to support operational excellence and business requirements.
Risk Management:
Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues within processes, implementing solutions to mitigate them.
Leadership and Guidance:
Manage a team of professionals in process improvement and project management, providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure successful initiative execution.
Process Improvement Strategies:
Design and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness across various business units and processes.
Continuous Improvement:

Utilize analytics to identify improvement areas, monitor progress, and inform strategic decisions.
System Relationships:
