About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of Hydrofera brand wound care products. We are seeking individuals who embody our values and demonstrate a desire to learn new skills. The ideal candidate should reside in the Manchester, CT area or be comfortable with the commute.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture foam necessary for the production of various wound care products within current company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to good manufacturing/documentation practices and/or relevant ISO/regulatory standards.
  • Ensure all relevant quality paperwork is completed, including work orders and cleaning logs.
  • Comply with OSHA safety and health rules and establish a safety-first mindset.
  • Maintain facility and production area cleanliness.
  • Evaluate and make recommendations regarding improvements to methods and procedures in assigned areas.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Comfortable with wearing a full-face respirator during shift.
  • Ability to perform general math computations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in internal settings.
  • Ability to take initiative to solve problems.
  • Ability to lift approximately 60 lbs and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during shift with appropriate rest and meal breaks.
