Production Operator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team at Essity North America Inc. dba Hydrofera. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of our Hydrofera brand of wound care products.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacture and package various wound care products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to good manufacturing and documentation practices, as well as relevant ISO and regulatory standards.
- Ensure all relevant quality paperwork is completed, including work orders and cleaning logs.
- Comply with OSHA safety and health rules and maintain a safety-first mindset.
- Store work in progress in an orderly manner, including proper identification of lot designation and product status.
- Maintain facility and production area cleanliness.
- Evaluate and make recommendations for improvements to methods and procedures in assigned areas.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to perform general math computations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in internal settings.
- Ability to take initiative to solve problems.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during shift with appropriate rest and meal breaks.
$18.00/hourly rate + benefits + annual incentive bonus.
