As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in achieving sales, profitability, and service objectives, while also ensuring adherence to all key Omni-channel strategies and performance metrics.

Results-Oriented Approach
As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will master all Omni-channel service platforms, including in-store pickup, delivery, and curbside services.

You will oversee and organize daily and weekly tasks to meet store sales targets and enhance customer engagement.

Supporting the Store Team Leader, you will assist in onboarding and training new team members.

Continuous coaching and direction of store associates will be part of your responsibilities.

You will aid the Store Team Leader in ensuring associates meet performance expectations.


Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as you will be expected to work hours that align with customer and business needs, including early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends.


Creating a work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention will be a key focus for you.


Physical Requirements
The role involves lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs on a daily basis.

Tasks such as cleaning, store recovery, setting up plan-o-grams, and maintaining endcaps will be required.

Climbing ladders to restock and retrieve merchandise for customers is necessary.

Processing transactions at the register will be part of your duties.

Utilizing our helium system to fulfill customer orders is also required.
