Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, including scheduling repairs, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment to ensure availability and minimize downtime.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations, such as equipment failures or facility damage, and take corrective action to minimize disruption.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including facilities management, operations, and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Education and Experience: 7-9 years of experience in construction, general maintenance, and/or handyman services, with a strong background in operations and maintenance.
- Skills and Certifications: Possess or be able to obtain a valid OF-346 U.S Government Motor Vehicle and Equipment Operators Identification Card, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift items weighing approximately 50 pounds, perform a two-man lift up to 100 pounds, operate generators, pumps, power washers, and assorted power tools, and work in cramped spaces above ground.
