Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facilities Analyst to join our team at MbSolutions Inc. in Fort Greely, AK. As a key member of our TEAMS Next Facilities Lifecycle Management Contract, you will provide advanced support to the Missile Defense Agency in engineering, scheduling, planning, programming, design, and execution of facilities operations and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate, plan, track, and document facilities maintenance activities, including corrective, preventive, predictive, and other types.
  • Provide expert support to the Government Project Manager in planning, programming, executing, and documenting Military Construction (MILCON) and sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) projects.
  • Relate program requirements to existing issues and projects, and prepare decision documentation at the General Officer/Senior Executive Service level.
  • Review and develop responses to construction, repair, and renovation projects design documentation, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Participate in master planning activities, review facility infrastructure and facility equipment concerns, and develop/coordinate plans to address.
  • Coordinate and track project funding, develop scopes of work to address facilities deficiencies, and coordinate government cost estimates for facilities projects.
  • Initiate and track to closure facility change proposals, participate in site facilities working groups, and produce project status reports.
  • Work as part of an interdisciplinary technical team on facility projects, provide surveillance of maintenance and/or construction contractor activities, and draft, review, and contribute to technical reports and documentation.
  • Obtain, analyze, distribute, and archive technical and contractual information, and lead and execute tasks utilizing both analytical techniques and processes for complex developmental and operational programs.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree with 13+ years of relevant experience or a master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office and Adobe software suites, and extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities as an analyst.
  • Capable of leading the development and utilization of analytic tools, techniques, and processes for both technical and administrative support activities.
  • Capable of working independently or in a team to solve problems, providing daily supervision and direction to support teams, and resolving issues and making sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize work, learn and support multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment, and develop strong rapport with personnel representing internal and external organizations.
Preferred Skills
  • Missile Defense Agency and DOD facility O&S engineering management.
  • IBM's Maximo Application Suite.
  • Developing, implementing, and revising facility systems operations maintenance manuals.
  • Facilities SRM project execution.
  • Working projects in conjunction with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and host installation DPW.
  • Facility condition assessments, facility repair and renovation project standup and execution.
  • USACE/Host Installation construction, repair, and renovation projects surveillance and oversight.
  • Project planning and design scoping.
  • Facility engineering to support stakeholder requirements.
  • Specialized relevant DoD facilities engineering and maintenance knowledge working as a member of the team to assist with solving complex problems.
