Job Title: Health Information Specialist I

At CIOX Health, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Health Information Specialist I to join our team. As a Health Information Specialist I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of patient health information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage patient health information requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of patient health information
  • Assist with data entry and management of patient health records
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
